At the 12th World Congress on Alternative Methods to the Use of Animals in Biological Sciences held in August 2023 in Canada, representatives of CONICET, the UBA School of Medicine and EPISKIN Biotechnology of Brazil, presented their report on training and implementation of "in vitro" methodologies. The report mentions the skin irritation tests carried out on in vitro cultivated human epidermis for fourteen cosmetic products of AIN VEGAN S.A., the first company in Argentina to carry out this type of analysis, in accordance
with its cruelty free commitment.
