ARGENTINE BIOPRODUCT SEAL: All AIN Vegan S.A. personal care products were submitted to the evaluation of the Innovation and Biotechnology Coordination of the National Bioeconomy Directorate and the National Biomaterials Advisory Committee (COBIOMAT) last July and the result was the obtaining of the Sustainability and Innovation Seals for all its products from hair, body, facial families, hands and feet. On December 2, 2022, in the meeting room of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, the authorities of the Undersecretariat of Food, Bioeconomy and Regional Development presented the awards corresponding to the 2022 edition of the Argentine Bioproduct Seal.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE WITH THE FACULTY OF PHARMACY AND BIOCHEMISTRY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BUENOS AIRES: In November 2022, AIN Vegan S.A. entered into a framework agreement for technical assistance and advice with the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the University of Buenos Aires. The purpose of this agreement is the provision of research work and technical support by the Faculty, in activities related to the use of new natural components and product development. For this purpose, a Coordination Unit will be created whose mission will be the direction and coordination of the projects to be developed. AIN Vegan S.A. is proud to count on the advice of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the University of Buenos Aires, an institution of worldwide prestige and the best valued among all the universities in Latin America.
VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE PRODUCTS AIN Vegan S.A. performs these analyses at the Laboratory of Alternative Methods to Animal Use of the EBAL consortium, a platform led by the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research of Argentina (CONICET). The scientific team that is part of the LMA works in the research and development of methodologies and strategies to find alternative systems to the use of animals that improve the 3Rs processes (reduce, recycle, reuse) and develop new optimization techniques and applicability in medicines, cosmetics, health products and medical technology. ACTIVE INGREDIENTS We distill the plant material to obtain 100% pure essential oils at the INBIES* Institute. Among the primary active ingredients are: Paramela, Rosemary, Neneo, Sage, Rosehip, Senecio and Seaweed.
CRUELTY FREE VEGAN PRODUCTS All AIN Vegan S.A. personal care products are evaluated on in vitro reconstructed human epidermis models (SkinEthic). This epidermis consists of normal human keratinocytes cultured on an inert polycarbonate filter at the air-liquid interface, in a chemically defined medium, being a model histologically and functionally similar to the human epidermis in vivo. In addition to being cruelty free, these studies are more rigorous than conventional human evaluations.
CHUBUT ORIGIN SEAL AIN Vegan S.A. has been distinguished with the Chubut Origin seal, which is granted to products born in this Patagonian province, for their contribution to local development, sustainability and innovation. This seal demonstrates the capacity to undertake and develop products from Patagonia for the world. This seal allows the consumer to know the origin of the product, guaranteeing the authenticity of the product or service. AIN Vegan S.A. collects pruning and discarded material from native plant species for distillation at the Biotechnology Institute in Esquel, Chubut, which guarantees the total purity of the essential oils used in the composition of its personal care products.
